Sunday morning is soon upon us and Vespa World days 2025 is over for us...

first stop for fuel...and as you can see Di's helmet is back on the front carrier...she has a lift in a car the 120 miles back to Santander airport...jammy bugger...

Craig & jo fuelled and ready to roll...just 40 mile left...

after a snack in a very busy bakery/cafe it was on to the ferry port...

this SS90 went whizzing past us on the motorway...we were just taking it steady at about 60mph...

a fair number of bikes on here too...

a new way to spell Gijon!!..may be the Scottish version...

we were held here for a while...we'd just been informed that there would be a delay in departing due to a technical fault...

although we were loaded pretty quickly it soon became apparent that we weren't leaving any time soon...

as ever I'm the last to leave the car deck...

this is the only picture I took on the boat journey back...to be fair the whole journey was a bit subdued after the six hour delay in Santander port...

absolutely amazing...a six hour delay in leaving the port but only arriving 30 minutes late...go figure...

the excitement of finally getting off this tub is just too much for one rider...
